Chief Technology Officer

Catharina’s role within the Green Frontiers project team includes the technical design and delivery of partnerships to complete the proposed waste management plant.

She is an established expert in new materials technologies and biogas generation and conversion. Her background is in chemistry (MSc) and materials science (Ph.D., University of Cambridge). Her 10+ years experience span successful commercialization of innovative technologies in materials & reactor engineering, production standardization, and plant setup. Areas of experience cover materials, circular economy, and innovation management. Catharina is part of a number of academic and industrial Advisory Boards.
